Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide the best service and products to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery: We offer free delivery for orders above AED 100 (excluding Western Region & Remote Areas).
  • Standard Delivery Charge: AED 10 for orders below AED 100.
  • Western Region Delivery Charge: AED 50 (free delivery does not apply).
  • Cash on Delivery Charge: AED 10 (non-refundable).

Returns

  • Standard Return Charge: AED 10 for all returns (excluding Western Region & Remote Areas).
  • Western Region/Remote Areas Return Charge: AED 50. Customers are responsible for paying this charge.
  • Shipping Fees: Any shipping fees incurred are non-refundable.
  • Return Impact on Free Shipping: If a return reduces your order total below AED 100 (which initially qualified for free shipping), the standard delivery charge of AED 10 will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refunds

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunds for cash on delivery orders will be credited to your store account as store credit.
  • Online Paid Orders: Refunds for online paid orders will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.

How to Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

  1. Prepare Your Return: Ensure the items are in their original packaging and condition, unworn and unused. If they don't meet these conditions, your return will be rejected.
  2. Schedule a Pickup: Our team will schedule a pickup for the return once your return request is accepted.

Processing Time

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the items and notify you of the status of your refund. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging and condition to be valid for return. If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to reject your return request.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
  • If the return is rejected, the customer is responsible for paying the delivery charges to collect the items.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items or gift cards.
