At Shop With Mehran FZE LLC, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping terms below:

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All Emirates within the United Arab Emirates (UAE)

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. Shipping Fees

  • UAE Orders:
    • Free shipping on orders over AED Amount 100
    • Standard shipping fee of AED Amount 10 on orders below the minimum
  • International Orders:
    • Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout or shared via email upon request

5. Courier Partners

We use trusted courier services like Skynet courier, Max courier, Aramex,  or similar to ensure secure and timely delivery.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment in real time.

7. Delays & Issues

While we strive to deliver on time, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)
  • Incorrect shipping information
  • Weather conditions or courier delays

8. Incorrect Address or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.
